For. us mortals, age hurts. But much like wine, age has the power to enhance the flavour and our enjoyment of red meat. Dry aged beef is renowned for its richer flavour and more tender texture. All our meats are dry aged for between 30 and 50 days depending on the breed and the fat content of the cut.
We are a small, family run business, importing fine meats from the North Western Iberian Peninsula to the Algarve.
